I have had a passion for working with numbers since my school days, so progressing into a career in accounting came naturally to me. I enjoy all aspects of accountancy, from working with clients for business mentoring and advisory through to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Partnering with our client organisations by way of providing them with business planning tools including assisting with a clear roadmap for long-term growth, all backed up by top notch accounting services is at the forefront of our business model. 

Prior to starting our family owned and operated business in Palmerston North in 2017, I built my experience through numerous public practice and financial services industry roles over the years in both Auckland and Palmerston North.

Since moving to Manawatu in 2016, my wife Sweta and I have met so many amazing people both through business and out and about in the community. We are proud to share the same values of support and togetherness this wonderfully diverse region shows. As I am bilingual, it helps me to communicate with business owners from different cultures.

As a member of the Institute of Directors NZ, I’m thrilled to be  number of sectors in Manawatu. I enjoy these opportunities very much as a way of supporting the professional development of other Directors’ and also meeting, connecting and interacting with the business community.

Sweta and I are committed to being at the forefront of our industry for our clients and are continually growing and evolving to keep in line with the latest information, legislation and technology. I am currently working through my Financial Advisory qualification, which adds another exciting dimension to our business.

Another area of accountancy I am passionate about is fostering our country’s up and coming accountants. Sweta and I have enjoyed coaching and guiding interns studying in Palmerston North to enable them to get hands-on experience working within the industry and with the top-rated systems we use, including Xero.

Hi I’m Sweta, and I have been working alongside my husband, Company Director Vikram, since we opened our family owned and operated business in Palmerston North in 2017.

Since moving down from Auckland in 2016 Vikram and I and our two children have loved getting to know the welcoming and friendly Manawatu community, exploring the beautiful, lush scenery on offer and the local fine arts. We love the diversity of this region and the amazing events held to celebrate so many wonderful cultures.

My role within our business involves client liaison, administration, Xero bookkeeping, payroll, GST & PAYE returns filing with IRD, communicating with government agencies and client on boarding. I am often your first point of contact when visiting our premises. I am passionate about helping businesses thrive and providing the highest standard of services so business owners are able to focus on their areas of expertise, knowing their book work is taken care of. 

I have always enjoyed connecting, interacting and working with people from a wide range of cultures, background and industries. My qualifications (Master of Arts – Public Administration – majoring in administrative management) Bachelor of Arts – Majoring in Public Administration, Certificate course in Bookkeeping from ICNZB and my previous jobs, including Office Administrator at Vision Asia NZ Ltd, have helped me immensely to connect with our wonderful clients.

As I am multilingual, it enables me to communicate with business owners from different cultures and be the bridge between our clients and government agencies.
